• Bring a generous amount of water (1 liter per 100 grams) to a boil.
• Put the noodles in the water and bring back to a boil while stirring.
• Cook the pasta with occasional stirring, for 7 to 9 minutes.
• Hold for 7 minutes for "al dente" pasta.
• Halfway through the cooking time, separate the mie nests with 2 forks. Drain the noodles and serve immediately.
