Description

Mix for making cream of vegetable "Queen's Soup" (Koninginnensoep).

Add:

• 250g carrot
• 2 tbs. fresh parsley
• 1500ml water

Directions:

• Mix package contents in a pan with 1500ml cold water.
• While stirring, bring to a boil.
• Add the finely chopped carrot.
• Place lid on pan (not all the way) and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
• Garnish with parsley.

Tip:

• In step 2, add 100g spring onion and 125g finely cubed ham.
