Honig Soup Mix - Cream of Asparagus

Description

ADD:

• 300 g white asparagus, sliced
• 100 g chopped ham
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS:

• Add contents of package to 6 cups cold water.
• Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
• Add asparagus and ham.
• Partially cover the pan with a lid.
• Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Garnish soup with chopped parsley.
