Seasoning mix with tomato and herbs for sausage casserole

Add:

• 1 tbs. vegetable oil
• 450g sausages
• 2 medium onions, sliced
• 115g mushrooms, sliced
• 1 red pepper, diced (optional)
• 300g cold water

Directions:

• Heat oven to 180°C (350°F)
• Fry the sausages with the oil in a pan until browned.
• Add the onions and fry for 4 minutes.
• Place in an ovenproof dish with the mushrooms and pepper.
• Mix the Colman's seasoning with water and add to the dish.
• Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour.
