Silvo Spice Mix - Stamppot Hutspot 25g

Description

Mix of spices for Stampot Hutspot (mashed potatoes with carrot and onion).

Try it with smoked sausage and gravy!

Directions

Ingredients

• 1kg of potatoes
• 800 g carrots
• 500 g onions
• 150ml milk
• Butter

Steps

• Peel and wash potatoes.
• Clean and slice carrots.
• Put potatoes, carrots and onions in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
• Meanwhile, boil the milk.
• Drain potatoes and vegetables, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth.
• Add the mix and let the mixture warm fully.
• Serve warm

Do not add salt or pepper.
