The Dutch Shop website has a facelift and new features!
It's been 4 years since we re-launched DutchShop.ca (or TheDutchShopOnline.com for our old fans), and we've done a lot in that time! Thousands of parcels from our store heading out all across Canada and the United States - in fact, we've shipped to all 13 Provinces & Territories and over 40 US States including Hawaii!
We've received a lot of comments over the years about the site: what you like, what you don't, and what you wish it could do. While we couldn't incorporate all the feedback, we hope you'll find the new version of DutchShop.ca easier to use, more navigable, and a significantly improved mobile experience.
The features we're most excited about:
- Better mobile navigation - we have a lot of categories (and subcategories) and it can be hard to put all of that on such a small screen. The new site has a much easier menu that should help you find your favourites faster.
- Expanded Rewards - there are a lot more products you can now redeem loyalty points for. And you earn loyalty points for free, so be sure to make an account!
- Better Frequently Asked Questions - a lot of the messages we get tend to be the same questions, so we've put them all together in one handy resource to help you find the answers you need faster.
We hope you'll enjoy the new version of our site. Since it is new, there's bound to be some glitches, so let us know if we missed something!
