Description

Pancake mix with bits of speculoos. Each package yields about 8 pancakes.

Add:

• 500 ml milk
• 1 egg
• butter or oil

Directions:

• Pour the pancake mix in a bowl along with half of the milk.
• Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
• Stir in the remaining milk.
• Melt some butter or oil in a frying pan.
• Pour desired amount of batter and spread around bottom of pan.
• Cook on medium heat until brown. Flip, and cook other side.

Tips:

• Keep the pancakes ward between two plates over a pan of boiling water. You can also keep them warm in the oven or microwave them.
• Also delicious as a dessert with red fruit and cleam or ice cream.
• Add pieces of chocolate to the batter.
