Koopmans Poffertjes Mix 400g

Description

ADD:

• 1 Pack Koopmans Poffertjes
• 800ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbs oil

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine the Koopmans mix and milk.
• Stir well until smooth.
• Combine the eggs and oil and mix into the batter.
• Pre-heat a mini pancake pan.
• Pour the batter into the holes with a ladle. An empty squeeze bottle works well too.
• Fry until the bottom is golden brown and the top is moist.
• Before the top has solidified, turn the mini pancake with a fork and brown on the other side.
• Serve with butter and icing sugar.
