Mix for cheese sauce.

Directions:

• Whisk package contents with 250ml cold water in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring.
• When sauce thickens, add fresh ingredients, such as cauliflower, withlof (chicory), leek or broccoli.
• Allow sauce to simmer for a few minutes stirring.
