Description

ADD:

• 250g chopped mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives or parsley

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine package contents with 1 1/2 litres cold water, whisking until well blended.
• Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
• Add mushrooms.
• Partially cover pan with a lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Garnish with chopped chives or parsley.
