Description

ADD:

• 400g pancake mix
• 800ml milk
• 3 eggs
• butter or oil

DIRECTIONS:

• Combine the pancake mix, eggs and milk in a bow.
• Beat until a smooth batter forms.
• Melt some butter or oil in a frying pan on medium heat
• Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, and allow to spread over the bottom of the pan.
• Cook both sides until golden brown.
• Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
