Description

Powdered mix for making buttercream frosting.

Add:

• 1 package Dr. Oetker Botercreme
• 100g soft butter
• 125ml cold milk

Directions:

• Beat the softened butter on the lowest speed of an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
• Add the cold milk and the contents of package.
• Mix for 1/2 minute on low speed until mixed.
• Scrape down the bottom and sides of the bowl.
• Beat on high speed for 1 minute until light and airy.
